Sempre na vanguarda da cultura,da pedagogia, partilho com vocês um texto de Shakespeare (embora com alguns cortes porque é muito extenso) que penso definir bem os valores indiossicráticos dos fundadores deste blog. O contexto é o seguinte: as tropas inglesas vão enfrentar as francesas que são em bem maior número. O rei Henry V ouve um soldado queixar-se, pedir a Deus que tivessem mais homens naquela batalha. Eis a resposta do Rei:
"What's he that wishes so? If we are marked to die we are enough to do our country's loss, and if to live the fewer the men the greater share of honour. God's Will I pray thee wish not one man more. That he witch had no stomach to this fight, let him depart, his passport shall be made. We would not die in that man's company, that fears his fellowship to die with us. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers for he that today sheds his blood with me shall be my brother....This day shall gentle his condition".
Quando me voltarem a perguntar o que é ser teso, o que é o cftesos limitar-me-ei a citar Shakespeare:"Quem somos nós?We few, we happy few, we band of brothers brothers for he that today sheds his blood with me shall be my brother.." Dedicado a vocês irmãos.
